njlandlordforms.com ("Service") is an online platform that generates AI-powered landlord form templates for New Jersey property managers and landlords. The Service produces fillable document templates based on user input and New Jersey landlord-tenant law.

The Service is NOT a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and forms are educational templates only. You are responsible for verifying that all generated documents comply with your specific situation, local ordinances, and current law before use.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Generated forms are template documents based on general New Jersey law, not personalized legal counsel.
• The Service is operated by an individual, not a law firm, and employs no licensed attorneys.
• No attorney-client relationship is created by use of the Service.
• Forms may not address your specific situation, municipal ordinances, or recent law changes.
• You assume full responsibility for reviewing all documents with competent legal counsel before executing them.
• Complex situations (disputes, evictions, lease modifications, discrimination claims) require consultation with an NJ-licensed attorney.

You agree to:

• Registration: you must create an account with accurate contact information to use the Service.
• Subscription plans: pricing and features vary by plan. All plans auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
• Per-document pricing: individual documents may be purchased outside subscription plans at stated per-doc rates.
• Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for partial months.
• Account termination: we may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.

• Stripe processing: all payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method.
• Billing: subscription charges occur on the same day each month.
• Failed payments: if payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is received.
• Refund policy: subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Per-document purchases are non-refundable.
• Taxes: you are responsible for any applicable sales tax based on your jurisdiction.

• Generated documents: you own the intellectual property rights to documents generated using your account.
• Service IP: all code, design, templates, algorithms, and Platform IP remain the exclusive property of njlandlordforms.com.
• License grant: we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for lawful landlord-tenant purposes only.
• Restrictions: you may not reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the Platform or its underlying technology.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

njlandlordforms.com and its owner are provided "AS IS" without warranty. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• The Service is a tool for generating template documents, not legal counsel.
• We are NOT liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in generated forms.
• We are NOT liable for damages resulting from use or reliance on generated documents.
• We are NOT liable if documents do not comply with local ordinances, recent law changes, or your specific situation.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
• Jurisdiction: you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
• Informal resolution: before filing suit, you agree to contact us at support@njlandlordforms.com to attempt informal resolution.
• No class actions: you agree not to pursue claims as a class action or representative action.

• Cancellation by you: cancel your subscription by logging into your account or emailing support@njlandlordforms.com.
• Termination by us: we may terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment after 30 days notice, or illegal activity.
• Upon termination: your access ends immediately. You retain ownership of documents you generated but lose access to generate new ones.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified by email to your registered address.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
