Mission
Property managers, accidental landlords, and small portfolio owners shouldn't have to choose between a generic out-of-state template and a $400 attorney call for every routine document. We generate NJ-specific lease agreements, eviction notices, rent increase letters, and other property-management forms with the statutory references baked in, and we make it cheap enough that you actually use it.
Why New Jersey only
New Jersey has its own peculiar mix of state law (Truth in Renting, the Anti-Eviction Act, security-deposit interest rules) plus 100+ municipalities with their own rent-control ordinances. A national-template tool has to be generic; a NJ-only tool can be precise. We picked the constraint on purpose.
